Pet-friendly
1. Reservations and Charges
Advance Reservation: Due to the limited number of pet-friendly rooms, if you plan to bring a pet, please make a reservation at least 48 hours in advance. If you fail to inform us about bringing a pet during the reservation process, additional fees may apply or the reservation may be considered unsuccessful.
General Charges: Each suite is limited to one pet, and a non-refundable fee of NT$1,000 per night will be charged (this fee is included in the room rate and covers special cleaning and disinfection costs for pet-friendly rooms).
Fee Exceptions: No additional charges will apply for service animals, such as guide dogs or emotional support animals.
2. Pet Type and Size Restrictions
Type Restrictions: Only small cats and dogs (weighing no more than 8 kg) are accepted. All pets must be kept in a pet carrier.
Pet Confirmation: To ensure clear communication, please provide detailed information and a photo of your pet during the reservation process to confirm compliance with our pet-friendly policy.
3. Deposit and Fees
Room Deposit: A refundable deposit of NT$1,000 is required for each stay to cover potential damages or additional special cleaning fees. If any furniture or items are damaged, compensation at cost will be required.
Additional Fees: A cleaning fee of NT$800 will be charged if a pet urinates or defecates in the room, sheds excessively, or leaves an odor.
4. Public Area Regulations
Restricted Areas: Pets must remain in their carriers while in public areas of the hotel, and guests must keep them supervised at all times.
Noise Control: If neighboring guests complain about excessive pet noise, the front desk will ask the guest to reduce the noise. If there are more than two complaints, the hotel reserves the right to ask the guest to check out or upgrade to a different room type (or floor), with the guest paying the difference.
5. In-room Regulations
Pet Supplies: The hotel does not provide pet supplies or food, as preferences for pets may vary. Guests are advised to bring their own.
Maintaining Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for keeping the room clean. Pets should not be allowed to sleep on the bed, and guests must clean up after their pets immediately after they relieve themselves.
Damage Liability: Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Any damage exceeding the deposit amount will be charged separately.
6. Code of Conduct and Violation Handling
Code of Conduct: Guests must ensure their pets are well-behaved and do not pose a threat or cause inconvenience to other guests or staff.
Violation Handling: In the event of violations of the above rules, the hotel reserves the right to terminate the guest's stay without refunding any fees.
7. Emergency Contact
Contact Information: Guests must provide an emergency contact number in case it is needed.
Other Notices
Liability Disclaimer: The hotel is not responsible for any health issues or injuries to pets within the hotel.
Pet Registration: Upon check-in, guests must complete a pet registration form and sign a declaration agreeing to abide by the pet-friendly policy.
